 At Fintech Manufacturing Inc., we strive to ensure that every product we sell is free from issues. However, if you have any questions or concerns, our team is here to assist you. We offer FREE Tech Support from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

If we determine that your product needs to be replaced or repaired, we will issue a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA), which is required for any return. Should you prefer not to have your product repaired or exchanged, we offer refunds within the first 14 days of receipt. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.
